IN THIS CLASS YOU WILL ENGAGE IN SHORT AND LONG SPRINTS FROM 10 - 60 SECOND PUSH. RIDING SADDLE WHILE APPLYING LOW TO HIGH TENSION. 5 - 10 SECOND REST BETWEEN EACH STAGE!
