TRX Strength Conditioning
A highly efficient 30 minute strength conditioning class. This class is the perfect blend of strength and high intensity cardio. This class will improve your cardio, build muscular endurance and torch a ton of calories by focusing on strength, speed, agility, and quickness as well as plyometrics. While TRX is the main equipment used, a variety of equipment may be incorporated!
