HIIT It Up
HIIT means High-Intensity Interval Training which is extremely effective at producing excess post-oxygen consumption, or EPOC, which raises your resting metabolic rate for twenty-four hours or more after your training session. In other words, it turns your body into a FAT-BURNING MACHINE! This workout is performed as a circuit or station format using various equipment such as TRX, Kettlebells, BOSU, Bikes, and more. Every class will be different to keep your body guessing so plateaus are never an option!
