OUTDOOR Hatha Yoga
This is a gentle yoga class that focuses on uniting the mind, breath, and body connection.  Students can expect plenty of time to linger in poses as they build strength, stamina, and flexibility.  Along with Asana, students may be offered breathing exercises (pranayama) and time for meditation.  This class is open to all levels and is especially recommended for beginners.
