OUTDOOR Breathe Power Circuit
For the more experienced student, this is a vigorous circuit-formatted class designed to target the whole body. Emphasis on core engagement, breath and posture; each session is spiced up by a multiple station format with the combination of cardio, strength and endurance. Come prepared to sweat and enjoy the pilates equipment in a new and challenging way! (Prerequisite --minimum of 10 mixed equipment classes required prior to attendance.)
