The Semi-private program follows structured training principles employed by top strength coaches across the country. Our semi-private programming will walk clients through a monthly transition between volume, strength, and power training. Changing exercises and training modalities is necessary for continued progress and success. However, in order to determine whether or not your programming is generating the desired results there must be consistency and measurable data. Our program is a perfect marriage between these to ideals and provides the client with measurable results that can be monitored over time through a well though out and structured program design.
