This upbeat, heart-pumping 60 minute class is designed to elongate and sculpt your muscles, while torching calories. You can expect light weights, vinyasa flow, challenging core and glute work and high-intensity cardio bursts for a maximum calorie burning effect. Be prepared to sweat!
