KICK IT
Kick IT is another one of our signature HIIT Classes that mixes authentic striking & combinations that draw influence from both Muay Thai & American Styles of Kickboxing. Using punches, kicks, elbows & knee strikes on a heavy bag combined with body weight resistance training, as well as core & cardiovascular conditioning, this class is aimed to really burn max calories, melt fat, sculpt muscle and enhance functional performance. Designed to go at your own pace so that beginners & advanced members alike can train within the scope of your own ability level to achieve maximum results.
