Taboxing
TABOXING! It’s what you get when you mix short boxing combinations and conditioning exercises. Tabata routines involve 20 seconds of all-out effort followed by 10 seconds of (well deserved!) rest. This workout will blast fat and sculpt your arms, shoulders, legs and core. Taboxing is the ultimate full-body workout!
All skill levels are welcome!
