Skill Level is low - medium, Strength Training is low - medium and Cardio is medium.
 
Short form for Power Box!

P Box is a class filled with powerful punches and kicks! An energizing, full body workout, incorporating kickboxing movements, sculpting abdominal exercises and total body weighted conditioning. Great for burning fat and toning muscles!  Last portion of the class incorporates weights, however, members may choose to perform all exercises using body weight only (if they so desire)! 
 
All ability levels welcome!
