Box Training
BEGINNER
Box Training is an empowering class designed to train you like a champ! This class will guide you through unique, high intensity combinations that are sure to blast fat and burn tons of calories!  Footwork and technique are emphasized as those are the foundational components of kickboxing.  To kick it up a notch, the tail end of the class employs kickboxing drills and high intensity, fat burning intervals.  This workout will help you will find your inner warrior!
