KNOCKOUT (C)
“KNOCKOUT” programming held on the turf consists of high intensity interval training classes designed with our resistance and cardio circuit methodology such as KO, Elevate, Cardio Core, C2S, Full Throttle and Drive Extreme. The cardiovascular training will accelerate the heart rate and the resistance training will allow for the heart rate to decelerate. This fluctuation in heart rate allows for a higher calorie and fat burn throughout the entirety of the class.
