Part of Drive’s custom heated fitness programming, the MaxShred Studio will be up to 95 degrees to begin. Be a part of team built for 5 and push each other to your limits. Together we find success in this high intensity interval training program that will alternate between functional training, best-in-class cardio equipment and various resistance work with kettlebells, free weights and resistance bands.
