Come learn how to run with efficient form and cadence from a former D1 distance athlete and Boston Marathon qualifier. Discover how to incorporate a manageable cardiovascular program. This class will help create muscle tone, facilitate weight loss, and decrease stress levels.
Includes:
- Warm-up jog to McKinley Park
- Full-Body dynamic warm-up (in the grass field)
- (Instructor lead) Aerobic & anaerobic workouts geared towards building cardiovascular stamina
- Deep focus on body mechanics, breathing technique and appropriate intensities
- Cool down back to FR
