Hot Pilates
Hot Pilates is a 45 minute sweat session that is low impact and a high intensity full body work out. Pilates principles sculpt your body while creating long lean figures not missing a muscle every class. Improving your balance, posture and flexibility is what to expect while fully toning your body.
 
What to Bring:
  • Towel-Mats get hot with sun exposure, it's good to have a towel to protect arms/feet
  • Sunglasses
  • Water
  • Grip Socks
  • Sunscreen
  • Mask
