Hot Barre
Hot Barre is a 45 minute barre workout which includes all your favorite thigh, glute, and core exercises but with added heat (85-90 degrees) for added intensity, increased lung capacity, and a better sweat. Members are encouraged to hydrate before, during, and after class and may bring a yoga mat or large towel to catch their sweat.
