Power Tower
POWER TOWER // STRENGTH INTERVALS
Transform your body with compound functional strength exercises. This low impact workout consists of 7 focused strength exercises executed for 30 seconds each to build a “Power Tower.” We work our way up the tower in the first half of class. Perform 2 minutes of core work at the top of the tower, and then work our way back down.  Expect total body burn and an energetic strength challenge! 
Sneakers required, 45 minutes.
