Freestyle Friday | Training Camp
FREE STYLE FRIDAY // A weekly GRIT Fitness tradition during which we show case new innovative class formats and host guest instructors. This is a 45-60min workout. Classes rotate each Friday across all DFW locations (Addison, Design District and SMU Blvd). These classes are free and open to the community. They're also a great way to step outside of your comfort zone and challenge your body and mind!
