BODYCOMBAT This 45 minute version is a high-energy martial arts-inspired workout that is totally non-contact. Punch and kick your way to fitness. No experience needed. Learn moves from Karate, Taekwondo, Boxing, Muay Thai, Capoeira and Kung Fu. Release stress, have a blast and feel like a champ.
Class is a member benefit (included in monthly membership dues). Non members may reserve a spot in class, but MUST check in at the front desk and pay the appropriate drop in fee for class OR session fee.
