Knockout Express 25
A 25 min workout with a focus on High Intensity Interval Training (HIIT) floor work, mixed with boxing inspired bag work. Low impact, state of the art equipment including boxing gloves, water punching bags, and wraps all provided.We offer customized metrics that measure calories and effort for each individual person. This will be trackable via in class display and in a custom app. We provide a space to motivate our community through intense interval workouts as we battle the challenges we face in the gym and in life. This will be a place of inspiration, perspiration, with a side of grit and fight, with a killer music playlist.
