40/30 is an amazing blend of cardio and weights. 40 minutes of cycling (only shortening cool down) right into 30 minutes of our signature LIFT class. Don't want to stay for the 30? No problem. Don't want to cycle for 40? No problem. You are able to join either/or at the times they start. 9a: Cycle, 9:45a LIFT. 
This class is the ultimate workout rolled into one. You won't want to miss out. ALL tracked into your account by your fitness device I.D. number. RESULTS DRIVEN!
