Koa Kingdom's Workout Of The Day is a strength and conditioning class designed to push any body at any level. If you are just beginning your journey, training for a fight, a race, serving our community or country or simply want to be stronger and more fit, this class is for you.
These workouts are based on functional fitness and vary daily. You will squat, push, pull, run, row, lift, jump and more.
This class is an hour long, show up on time, work hard, get better, get stronger.
