 Come try our newly redone room, The ultimate 1-hour total body workout. Burn 500 calories and have fun. 
We use Treadmills, Cycles, TRX, weights, Water rowers, bosu, dumbells, with combination of High intensity and fat burning intervals we also have a new visual workout screens. Hit leaves you feeling energized and burn more that 500 calories in 50 minutes. 
We also utilize heart rate monitor technology to help you reach E.P.O.C (Exercise Post Oxygen Consumption). This is a fitness phenomenon that kicks the body's metabolism into overdrive and causes your body to burn additional calories up to 36 hrs after the end of your workout! At the end of every workout, right after pushing past our old limitations and breaking boundaries, we focus our minds on what we want for our own reality and make it so.
