Struggling with back pain? Or wanting to teach yoga classes that center around spinal health?
Deepen your understanding of spinal health. Learn the fundamentals of using specific yoga postures, modifications, and applicable props to support your back. Gain knowledge on how to use pressure points to replenish and rejuvenate your spinal health. We will end with a 45 minute slow flow and restorative practice using what we learnt.
