Climbing101 - Intro to Climb
Highly recommended for newbies. This 30 minute class with spend 5-8 minutes going over proper form, technique and set up of the machine, as well as covering all of the moves you will see in a typical class. 
 
From there, you will have a 20 minute class that is at a slowed down pace and intensity giving you the opportunity to really understand the movement patterns and choreography.
