Pilates Express (208 Governor St/Small Group Training)
Get “reformed” like never before as we sweep you through a strengthening and lengthening workout on various pieces Pilates apparatus. This power 30 minute class is taught at an intermediate level, yet friendly to EVERYONE! Our top-of-the-line Reformers and Towers utilize spring-controlled resistance to build core strength and flexibility resulting in a strong and toned body. Please join us and challenge your mind and body! Great for students wanting to get in a workout during their lunch break.
