This high cardio timed class will burn fat and increase muscle in the shortest amount of time, using circuit training with all of the toys that CORE has to offer -Ropes, Box Jumps, Kettlebells, Sandbags, BOSU, TRX, Wall Balls & MORE!  Clean sneakers required.
