CORE Lagree : Foundations
Our 50-minute Foundation class is a great place to start for those who are new to the workout. This will give you the basics (don't be fooled - that doesn't mean easy!) and allow you to get comfortable with our equipment and the 10 fundamental exercises. All levels are welcome. You will get a great full-body workout whether you are new or a veteran!
Grip socks required. Sold in-house.
