CORE Barre Burn
This is one of our signature CORE classes inspired by the Lotte Berk Method and given an athletic twist! We will work on sculpting, lengthening, and strengthening your muscles using light hand weights and body weight exercises. We will fuse the class with the BOSU, step bench, bands, etc. An incredible workout that will tone every inch of your body! You will leave this class sweaty and inspired to tackle your next adventure! No shoes required.
