*NEW* COREFit Strength + Recovery (727 East Ave)
The purpose of this class is to help you learn and practice some methods for active recovery from the stresses put on your body during your workouts and life in general. One part of this class will be to perform a self-massage through foam rolling. A second part of this class will focus on muscle activation, mobility, and flexibility through a program of bodyweight exercises and yoga poses.
