Rise and Ride with Jen is a high-energy spin class that will kickstart your day.
Thursday mornings at 6:30am, this class will push you to your limits with a combination of strength and endurance training.
Jen's motivational coaching will help you push past your limits and make the most of your morning workout. The class will also incorporate upper body strength training using weights, helping you to tone and sculpt your arms while getting your heart rate up.
