GO! Build and Burn
GO! Build and Burn is meant to be a progressive class experience. It focuses each month on specific parts of the body in order to gain strength and challenge yourself. Results are tracked so that you can see your progress! Similar exercises will be used with strategic variations in weights, equipment, and reps to increase your strength in each area!
