BluePrint 60
BluePrint 60 is a sixty minute class where one of our Master Coach's leads you in your choice of a two part CrossFit or BootCamp workout in a community setting.
 
The CrossFit workout is split up into two parts, a strength workout and then a conditioning workout.


The BootCamp workout is split up into two parts, a cardio workout and then a conditioning workout.
