TRX MBODY BOOT CAMP
The TRX MBody Boot Camp classes are designed to push you to the next level while combining more functional training tools including: battle ropes, exercises bands, strength bands, and RIP trainers. Each class implements the principles of MBODY, but structured in stations to keep each session dynamic and fun. Be prepared to test your conditioning and strength levels while continuing to maximize results in only 50 minutes!
