TRX FOR YOGA with Shauna H
The TRX Training Center in San Francisco is proud to have special guest and fitness trainer Shauna Harrison to host this 75 minute TRX for Yoga master class. 
Shauna brings years of fitness experience, along with her knowledge (PhD in Public Health; graduate of Stanford, UCLA, and John Hopkins) to bring a different perspective to yoga, combining the uniqueness of the TRX suspension trainer to help challenge your balance, stability, and overall muscle endurance. If you love yoga with a twist, along with some awesome music, then this is the class for you!
How to reserve and prepare for the class:
1. Purchase your reservation on the app
2. Once purchased, send an email to [email protected] to reserve your TRX strap number
3. Please arrive 15 minutes before the class begins. It is recommended to bring a yoga mat and water bottle.
