Run to the Barre
Join Megan for our TGIF event, Run to the Barre. This barre class designed to tone and strengthen all of the muscles our runner friends need, but with an extra twist! Or, should we say an extra step. Meeting at the studio to start with some stretches this class will include a run around the block, followed by barre back at the studio! Bring sneakers! Afterward, stick around for a smoothie bar treat made by Giant Foods! Regular class rates apply. No experience required.
