Prenatal Yoga 6-Week Series
This 6-week series is taught in a way that builds upon each class using familiar yoga poses and breathwork to support you through your pregnancy. All movements and poses can be performed independent of one another at any stage of pregnancy, no previous yoga experience required. Designed by an Occupational Therapist and momma of two girls, this class fuses functional movement and body awareness to support a woman's physical and mental strength to carry a baby while creating a community surrounding other mother's to be. Common aches and symptoms associated with pregnancy are addressed regularly.

This class will meet every Sunday starting September 8th from 4-5pm for 6-weeks. You can jump into a single yoga class or purchase a discounted package to attend all 6.
