Power Barre
This 50-minute class is everything we love about Cardio Barre and Barefoot HIT (Holistic Interval Training)! We will use a mix of traditional barre moves AND functional strength/cardio moves in an interval format to build strength, tone muscles, elevate your heart rate and blast calories. Expect to leave this class feeling stronger, leaner and ready to take on the day!
