Post Natal Yoga 6-Week Series
This 6-week series is open to women medically cleared (at least 6-8+ weeks postpartum) all the way to years after having birthed. Designed by an Occupational Therapist and momma of two girls, this series focuses on safe and effective exercises to tone, strengthen and stabilize through the core while getting in a full-body workout. Classes progress each week through the series. Women’s health issues such as incontinence post-delivery, abdominal separation, and therapeutic options will be addressed to support your health and wellness!
