Meditation and Mindfulness Yoga
The goal of this class is simple, to promote deep relaxation and rejuvenation. Each week the class will incorporate different mindfulness practices, including but not limited to: Restorative Yoga, Yin Yoga, Mudra's (hand yoga), guided meditation, creative visualization, mantra, breathwork, journaling, and chakra balancing. This is an all-levels class and no prior yoga experience is needed. Please dress comfortably and in layers.
