Technique & Resistance Strap Session - L3/4- 5:30am - Rose Bay
If you are a level 3/4 paddler and what to slow it down and improve your technique while building more strength then in this class you either put the bungy resistance strap around your surf ski or glide more between strokes.
The coach gives a technique paddle drill first, then afterwards we do a harder interval set focusing on what we learnt in the drill. The focus here is improving your paddling strength and attention to detail.
Please launch onto the water at least 5 mins before the class start time to ensure you are warmed up and have a better feel for the surf ski before we start the session.
