L2.5/L3 Paddler - Cardio Class - 8:00am - Rose Bay
This Cardio session focuses on improving paddlers fitness while developing better stroke technique.
Interval training is introduced to increase your heart rate and improve cardio fitness and paddling speed.

The coach is also able to spend time on skill development to ensure you are pulling the paddle through the water using the right muscles, and you are confident in all paddling conditions.

Please launch onto the water at least 5 mins before the class start time to ensure you are warmed up and have a better feel for the surf ski before we start the session.
