L3/L4 Paddler - Cardio Class - 6:30am - Mosman
L3/4 Cardio classes sessions are designed to make you feel uncomfortable. Being comfortable in your workout won’t see you gain results, however, being pushed by the Coach and the rest of the group will see you get up into the high V02 Max heart rate ranges.
Increasing your V02 Max in each paddle session will make you a much fitter, happier person.
