You’ll break down the mechanics of Chaturanga step by step, explore variations with props and modifications for different levels, and discover how to build the stability and confidence to find your version of Chaturanga. Whether you’re new to the pose or looking to refine your alignment, this lab will provide the tools you need to practice safely, prevent injury, and flow with ease.
