You snooze you lose?!? Introducing our NEWEST class the schedule:
 
Don't HIIT Snooze and join us for 30 minutes on the bike guaranteed to get your heart rate up and leave you dripping with sweat. This class is higher intensity and geared towards all levels of cyclists.
 
It is not recommended for new clients and should not be combined with other cardio sessions including additional rides at the studio.
