Drop-in, commit, whatever this season is calling you to do. No previous meditation experience necessary. Ages 16+ . Suggested $10 donation. All proceeds go to Dans La Rue to support at-risk youth.
Is it possible to make each week different?
I'd like to have the topic on each one separately if we can. If these can be put on the bottom of each class that would be best. If not, simply this list (rather than what is on there right now).
