PowerStrength is a 45-minute full-body workout designed to help you build lean muscle and increase overall strength using a mix of free weights, barbell exercises, and bodyweight movements. This off-the-bike class takes place in our dedicated strength room and is suitable for all fitness levels—whether you’re new to lifting or ready to push your limits. Our team will guide you through proper form, progressive sets, and energizing intervals so you leave feeling strong, capable, and unstoppable.
