Looking for a little self-care? In this 60-minute yin-yoga style class, which focuses on deep holds and stretching, all you have to do is let go. The class begins with a short meditation, a breathing exercise and then moves through a series of passive postures, which are held for 1-3 minutes to allow the body and mind to fully relax. Perfect on its own - or in conjunction with our other class offerings. Recuper8 is held in a dimly lit room and is set to more mellow music than other Illumin8 classes.  The temperature will be delicously-warm in the low 80s.
