Our hottest class for many reasons! A 60-minute class consisting of a set sequence of 26 postures practiced in an infrared heated studio set to 100-105 degrees. The class is designed to build strength, create balance and flexibility, and produce a detoxifying sweat. Class includes a standing series and a floor series. Like our other classes, HOTTER is set to music and taught in a dimly lit room.
