Cycle FIT will improve your level of fitness by keeping your heart rate and work intensity in specific zones for maximum results. Great coaching will target the three factors affecting change; Frequency (how many intervals), Intensity (how hard) and Time (how long). Build a calorie burning base and set new goals to strengthen and improve cardio. For the intermediate and advanced level student.
